Where do orders ship from?
From China, within 3–5 business days. Standard delivery to the US takes 7–12 business days, and you will get a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Is shipping free?
US orders over $35 before tax ship free. Other orders are charged by weight at checkout.
Can I return an item?
All sales are final. We do not take returns for a change of mind, only for significant defects, and every return needs our approval first.
What if it arrives damaged?
Email us within 48 hours of receiving it, with photos or video of the item and packaging. Once we confirm it was damaged in transit, we send a replacement at no extra cost.
Will mine look exactly like the photos?
Close, but not identical. Each piece is finished by hand, so small bubbles in glass and differences in wood grain are normal.
Which incense fits the ZERO holder?
One standard incense stick at a time. It is not made for cones or backflow incense. The metal tin it comes in doubles as an ash tray.
How do I use the Wood Bud Vase & Diffuser?
Add 2–5 drops of essential oil to the wood and reapply weekly. Oils and reeds are not included. Some oils may darken the wood.
Is the glassware dishwasher safe?
The Yogurt Cup with Handle is. Please hand wash the Glass Bud Vase and avoid sudden temperature changes.
Can the Ice Cream Cups go in the freezer?
Yes. Freeze them beforehand for a chilled serve. Each pair weighs about 1.2 kg, so shipping is calculated at checkout.
