Shipping & Returns

Orders ship from China within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If a busy period causes a significant delay, we will email you.

Standard delivery to the US takes 7–12 business days after dispatch. Free US shipping on orders over $35 before tax; otherwise shipping is calculated at checkout by weight and destination.

We ship to the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom, Japan, Australia, Hong Kong and selected other countries. Available destinations are shown at checkout. A tracking number is emailed when your order ships and becomes active within 24–48 hours. Please check your address at checkout; a returned package may need a fee to resend.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, size, or personal preference, only for significant defects. Every return needs our approval first, with the item in its original condition and packaging. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of receiving it, with photos or video of the item and its packaging. Once we confirm it was damaged in transit, we send you a replacement at no extra cost and handle the claim with the carrier ourselves.

Each piece is finished by hand. Small bubbles in glass, minor surface marks, and slight differences in wood grain or finish are part of the process, not defects.
